Congratulations. What a milestone! And since you're not living there, you won't have to do that furious pick-up and clean-up when you have a showing! We STILL haven't sold ours. No showings in THREE weeks and then TWO today. Hmmm. But we move regardless on Friday, so I'll be done with the pick-up, clean-up and get-out on a moment's notice soon. Just ONE good thing about not having sold our home. Keep us posted on showings and everything. I hope it sells quickly!
Congrats..it's really a cute townhouse! Hope it sells quickly and for or above whatever you are asking. We used Patterson Schwartz as well to sell our condo two years ago and had very few complaints. BTW...I think you were about 4 miles from where we used to live when we first got married. I thought that your townhouse development was in New Castle, though, b/c our townhouse in Stonebridge a few miles off RT. 40 was considered New Castle. I also was thinking you guys lived in Smyrna (is that where Prestwick House is?) until I saw the pic and put two and two together. (Don't you love how I figure out where you live just as soon as you aren't living there anymore?!?) How is the new/old house in NY coming along? It must be stressful unpacking everything but exciting nevertheless!
